# Privacy Policy

At **Crown Bot**, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use Crown Bot.

Crown Bot collects the following types of information:

  * Discord Discriminator
  * Discord User ID
  * Profile Picture URL
* **Server (Guild) Information**:
  * Server (Guild) ID
  * Server Name
  * Server Settings (channels, roles, etc.)
  * Server Icon
  * Server Member List
  * Server Link
* **Message and Content Data**:
  * Message content (what users send)
  * Command usage data (which commands users run)
  * Attachments in messages (images, files, etc.)
* **Bot Interaction Data**:
  * Timestamps of interactions
  * Frequency of interactions
  * Reaction events (emoji reactions)

## 2. **Why We Collect Your Information**

We collect this information for the following reasons:

* To monitor and improve bot performance
* To prevent abuse or misuse of the bot
* To ensure users are not in violation of our Terms of Service
* To analyse usage trends and improve functionality
* To communicate with users regarding important updates

## 3. **How We Protect Your Information**

We take the following measures to ensure the security of your data:

* **Restricted access** to data
* **Secure servers** where data is stored
* Only developers have access to the database and servers where the data is stored

## 4. **Data Sharing**

All information collected is for **developers' eyes only** and is **not shared with anyone** except for the development team. The collected information is not shared with any 3rd-party user.

## 5. **User Rights**

The collected information is stored temporarily, users may request deletion of their data at any given moment. Such requests will be fulfilled within 30 days. Collected data cannot be viewed and is not shared with the user.

## 6. **Cookies and Tracking**

Crown Bot collects user data during the **OAuth2 authorization** process when the bot is added to a server. This data collection is done through our custom authorization link and redirect system.
