# Terms of Service

Welcome to **Crown Bot**. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your access and usage of our services. Our Terms of Service (later: ToS) are as follows.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms <a href="#id-1.-acceptance-of-terms" id="id-1.-acceptance-of-terms"></a>

By accessing, using, interacting with and adding Crown Bot to your server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be held by these Terms of Service, including all future changes made to it. If you do not agree to these terms, stopping your usage is an option, continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

## 2. Requirements of Usage <a href="#id-2.-requirements-of-usage" id="id-2.-requirements-of-usage"></a>

* Users are to abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
* Crown Bot (or any affiliated services) may not be used for illegal, harmful or malicious activities.
* You are responsible for any actions you perform using Crown Bot.

## 3. Offered Features <a href="#id-3.-offered-features" id="id-3.-offered-features"></a>

Features of Crown Bot include but are not limited to the following:

* Logging
* Tickets
* Hydration
* Role Management/Administrative Roles
* Economy and Mini-Games
* Weather
* Polls
* Counting

Please take note that features may be evolved, changed and deprecated without any form of notice beforehand. We keep up the right to modify our features anytime.

## 4. Data Collection <a href="#id-4.-data-collection" id="id-4.-data-collection"></a>

## 5. Availability and Support <a href="#id-5.-availability-and-support" id="id-5.-availability-and-support"></a>

Crown Bot is provided as is, with no guarantees of uptime or performance. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, we are not liable for:

* Service disruptions or data loss.
* Issues arising from improper use of the bot.

## 6. Prohibited Actions <a href="#id-6.-prohibited-actions" id="id-6.-prohibited-actions"></a>

You must not:

* Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in Crown Bot.
* Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute Crown Bot.
* Use the bot in a manner that violates Discord’s policies or applicable laws.

## 7. **Liability** <a href="#id-7.-liability" id="id-7.-liability"></a>

Crown Bot's developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use or inability to use the bot. Use Crown Bot at your own risk.

## 8. **Termination** <a href="#id-8.-termination" id="id-8.-termination"></a>

The developers reserve the right to block access to Crown Bot for any user or server at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms or misuse.

## 9. **Amendments** <a href="#id-9.-amendments" id="id-9.-amendments"></a>

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced in the bot’s support server. Continued use of Crown Bot after changes indicates acceptance of the updated ToS.

## 10. Developer Access Permission <a href="#id-10.-developer-access-permission" id="id-10.-developer-access-permission"></a>

By accepting these Terms of Service, you grant permission for Crown Bot’s developers to join the Discord server where the bot is installed if the server is reported for violations of these Terms. This access is solely for the purpose of investigation and ensuring compliance with the Terms of Service.
